Please print the attached documents from the email I sent.  

Please pay down or pay off the exact accounts that are on the

"what if simulator" attachment.  

After paying down these accounts we will need the new balance (not the payment receipt)

to be emailed back to us. You will not be able to see the new balance of the account for 24 - 48 hours because your new payment needs to clear and post to the cc account.  

After 24 hours, log back into your account and print a screenshot (can NOT be a phone screen shot)

from your computer of the new balance.  Please make sure the screen shot has all 3 items below on it before sending to us:

• New Update Balance

• Your Last Name 

• The last 4 digits of your account number.  

Please UPLOAD Below the updated balance statement or computer screen shot (can NOT be a phone screen shot) for each account you paid down.
